1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PocketTech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PocketTech is a field service management platform that provides scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, diagnostic tools, and reporting for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general contracting businesses.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

PocketTech is offered on a per-seat, per-month subscription basis. Pricing is published at thepocket.tech/pricing. You will be billed at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe or your account will be paused.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into PocketTech. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

PocketTech is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PocketTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
